A second photographer. Why have a second photographer? Because sadly I can't be in 2 places at once. Allows for more angles and different perspectives of your day,

So what do you get?

An initial meeting with yourselves to talk about your day in more detail, and just to get to know each other. Of course, this consultation is free of charge, with no obligation This can also be done via a video call (FaceTime, Zoom, Skype etc), if a physical meeting isn’t possible.

Me – Nick Roper – telling the story of your wedding of your day through documentary shot naturally photography.

How about the images?

All your images individually edited and enhanced to my own style.

Your images all at a full resolution for you to print and share as you wish from a password protected online gallery. I work to get your images to you around 4 – 6 weeks after ‘I do’, and am also very happy for you to share your photos on Facebook, of course.

WhY should I have a second photographer??

It allows a full documentary of the day from both perspectives, from the morning and getting ready, the nerves of waiting, whilst a bride is stepping out of the car with her bridesmaid.

I only work with people whose work I trust. I have known Carl for over 20 years. His ability behind the camera is brilliant plus he's a lovely bloke too!

Why do you charge so much?

I believe in knowing your own value.

I base my value on my knowledge and education, my experience with a camera over the past 20 years, the equipment isn't cheap at all and finally my experience in over 60 weddings.

But why so much for a wedding

So I might work for 12-14 hours on the day of your wedding. I will then have to go through 6 to 12 thousand images, and then finally edit around 10-20% of those images. That is potentially another week of work.

Anymore questions

Please feel free to get in touch to ask any questions.

Nick was amazing in all aspects of our wedding . He made all our family and friends feel at ease . He was extremely helpful with little things that were nothing to do with photography and nothing was too much to ask. From the very first time we met Nick, he was bubbly, approachable and you could tell he has a real passion for wedding photography. He was very professional and friendly. Some of our guests were that impressed they have booked Nick for upcoming weddings . Highly recommend.

"Amazing!"
He captured moments that we never knew existed.

We got married in October and we're both in love with Nick's work. He captured moments that we never knew existed. His work is great and he's an easy going guy who blends into the background and even helped some our groomsmen with their button hole flower and cravates! We'd recommend Nick unreservedly - Hire him, you won't be disappointed!

"Couldn't be any happier!"
Nick was the most amazing photographer from the first meeting to our last meeting, when he dropped off the beautiful pen drive which contained all of our special moments. Nick made our guests feel at ease and captured many beautiful memories. He was thoroughly professional throughout the wedding day and he went above and beyond any photographers duty and helped my elderly relatives from one side of the wedding venue to another. Nick was fun, friendly and just helped make our day extra special. We couldn't be happier with the photographs and service and I would highly recommend Nick and his work to anyone looking for someone who will perfectly capture your day.
